Aion Bank launches Max Shopping to help members find the best deals online
With Belgium entering week three of its second lockdown, many Belgians are shopping more online, but are they getting the best prices?
Aion Bank, a new full service digital bank, highlights that its members did eight percent more ecommerce transactions in the first two weeks of November vs the same period in October. Additionally, the volume of ecommerce spend, meaning the value of purchases, has gone up by 41% with the average value for each ecommerce transaction increasing by 30%. Aion’s data shows that its members are not only shopping more online, but they are also spending more on purchases.
In order to make sure its members pay the very best prices for online shopping, Aion launched its Max Shopping product. Premium Members are able to track recent online purchases to ensure they paid the best price. Aion will search the market for 30 days to see if a better price for the same product is available online. If Max Shopping finds a better deal, the difference is directly refunded to the member’s Aion account.
